"Quilting Around Chautauqua"
Join us for a one day bus trip on Saturday, September 25, 2010. The 7th annual Fall festival at Chautauqua-more quilts-more vendors, and major fun for all! Vendors will offer a wide range of patterns, books, notions, embellishments, and fabrics.
We will be the departing from the parking lot near Super Kmart (Route 46) at 7:15am. sharp on Saturday. for a day of shopping and fun in beautiful Chautauqua, NY. (Lunch will be on your own at the show.)
We will depart at 6:30pm. We will stop at Cracker Barrel in Erie for dinner-on your own. We should arrive back at the Super Kmart parking lot apx. 10:15 pm.
The cost per person will be $45 which includes admission to the show. This is non refundable after September 1, 2010.
Light refreshments will be served on the bus.
New fabrics that are coming in like crazy! They are great new pattern and colors that will spark your love of fabric. Another new line is in and another coming in every month.
We will demo any product we carry in the store. Want to see how it works, ask us. Some samples are already made up in store to see.

One of our teachers Cheri Yurtin just got back from San Marcos, California. Cheri spent three days with Eleanor Burns at her Quilt In A Day Studio. In those three days Cheri was getting her teachers certification from Eleanor Burns. So now Cheri is a certified teacher from Eleanor Burns Quilt In A Day. Programs will be put together that Cheri plans to teach these techniques and projects that she has learned.

Special Lecture/ Truck Show Orphan Quilt Blocks : Making a home for antique,
vintage, collectable and leftover quilt blocks. Tricia will
explain finding, cleaning and repairing orphan blocks.
